Teen Video Challenge

Each year the CSLP hosts a teen video challenge and is open to all teens (13-18) across the country.  The challenge is for teens to create and film a short public service announcement that shows their unique take on that year’s theme.  Our theme for 2020 was “Imagine Your Story.”

Requirements for participating in the challenge:

  • Videos should be no longer than 60 seconds and should promote reading and libraries.
  • Video submissions were accepted from June 1 – August 7
  • Must be appropriate for all ages – this means G rated.
  • Adhere to copyright laws
  • And can be used at any library.

CSLP chose five national winners who received $200.00 each, and their libraries received a $50.00 prize, too.
