The Camden County Library District (CCLD) is accepting sealed proposals from qualified, licensed multi-disciplinary engineering and architectural firms to provide professional Structural, Architectural, and MEP Feasibility Services. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the acquisition, structural integrity, seismic compliance, and major spatial/technology remodeling of a two-story commercial facility.
Proposals must be received no later than Friday, August 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM CDT. Proposals may be mailed, hand-delivered, or emailed to:

The Camden County Library District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, and select the firm that best serves the interest of the District.
